Pre-Orders are items purchased and reserved for you, but not yet in stock. Pre-Orders usually arrive within 1-2 months from the date of purchase, but arrival and shipping dates are not guaranteed. We do our best to keep customers informed of expected shipping dates. Pre-Orders can be returned for a size exchange or full in store credit if returned within 14 days from receipt of the item. Pre-Orders canceled before shipping are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. We ship all pre-orders together. If you would like to receive your pre-orders as they arrive, we are happy to do so, but each shipment will incur a separate shipping fee. If you would like to do a 50% pre-payment, please use code: preorder50. You will be billed the remaining 50% at shipping. Non-payment of the balance of your pre-ordered items will render the order payment incomplete and you will forfeit your deposit.
