Pre-Orders

Pre-Orders are merchandise purchased now and shipped upon arrival to our warehouse. Generally within 30-60 days.
Pre-Orders are paid in full and reserved for you once your order is placed. We do welcome deposits on pre-orders of 50%. You may email your order to customercare@moppetfrocks.com with your order and we will contact you for payment or you may call Cindy @ 503-806-1646 and I can take your order over the phone. All items included in the pre-order must be filled prior to shipping. If you have added non-pre-order items to your pre-order, the order will ship once everything is in stock. We are happy to ship partial orders  of the items that are available,but shipping charges may apply. Note in the comments section if you need partial orders sent and you will be contacted for the extra shipping charge.  Due do the limited quantity of these items,returns or cancellations will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Shipping fees for Pre-Orders are non-refundable.Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any assistance with Pre-Orders.
